Happy Valentine’s Day…

I just finished setting up my daughter’s Cupid’s Trail of Hearts (a trail of hearts/candies leads to small gifts). At 16 I thought she was getting too old for it, but she made sure to tell me that she expected it not only this year, but every year.  I can see myself showing up at her college dorm and setting up a little candy trail.  I’m glad that she still takes pleasure in her childhood traditions. Heart shaped sandwiches and cookies for her lunch.  Should make her feel special throughout the day.
